This position is responsible for the storage, loading, and unloading of finished goods in the warehouse and loading dock areas.
Assign loads to carriers based on guidelines set by the department Supervisor
Identifies and stores all finished film products in designated storage areas.
Pulls film orders for shipping using a designated pick list from Logistics.
Loads trucks using correct procedures.
Stage and loads scrap material shipments.
Communicate with Customer Service team members via fax, phone, and e-mail to assure customer, and process needs are met.
Conduct periodic physical inventory
Maintains a clean, hazard-free work environment at all times.
Performs all other duties as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor.
Produce all documents required for shipments.
Direct other lift truck drivers as required when the Warehouse Supervisor is not present
Minimum of two (2) years in a manufacturing environment.
Must havecompetent computer skills and ability to learn new software and systems
Must have the ability to work at a fast and safe pace, be organized, and drive a forklift. Previous forklift experience is required.
Must be able to communicate effectively
