Christopher T. Patrick is a Principal in the Denver office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He is a member of the firm’s Affirmative Action Compliance and OFCCP Defense Practice Group and Pay Equity Resource Group where he focuses on affirmative action, EEO compliance, pay equity, and diversity. As such, Chris assists employers to annually analyze statistical trends in their Human Resources practices and compensation systems, oversees the preparation of hundreds of annual affirmative action plans, defends employment practices in Department of Labor, Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) compliance reviews, and counsels employers on issues stemming from related state and federal laws and regulations.


Chris has significant first-hand experience in crafting strategies to evaluate employer affirmative action planning, hiring, promotions, and other personnel processes, and pay practices that mirror the realities of the employer’s approaches and produce meaningful results.


In addition, Chris works with employers in all industries to direct privileged systemic pay analyses to evaluate compensation systems for fairness and potential discrimination, in response to internal complaints, OFCCP audits, EEOC investigations, and litigation. Chris directs a team of Ph.D and Master’s-level statisticians in the preparation of privileged EEO pay analyses to proactively evaluate risk of systemic pay discrimination, including projects designed to evaluate fairness regarding total compensation and specific pay components, such as base, commission, overtime, bonus, and long-term incentives.
