Job Description

Position Purpose:

Manages delivery of Preferred Level on-site services (mock OSHA inspections and BBP training) to doctors, dentists, and other small quantity generators through a team of field Specialists who are independent contractors.

Key Job Activities:

1) Oversees the day-to-day operations and activities of a team of Specialists within assigned regions. Oversees Performance management for the team including, achievement of target metrics related to on-time scheduling; cancellation rates; customer survey scores; training completion, budget, travel and expense, budget containment and cost/per visit. Requires Regional Manager to travel with Specialists to observe capabilities and mentor.

2) Monitors territory coverage, evaluates individual performance metrics, report creation, building and developing teams, demonstrating core values, addressing customer escalations and concerns, and must be able to work in team environment, training and development, and ensuring continual education proficiency and expertise in healthcare related compliance/occupational safety issues.  Must be open to travel between 25-35% of the time.

3) Analyzes contract, terms; establishing policies relating to performance and expense reimbursement; and makes adjustments to these policies and practices as required by changing market factors and business needs. Provide recommendations for technology enhancements to support the field appointments.

4) Work with Sales Account Executives to provide reports on training completion rates for National or multi-accounts or coordinate Specialist support for on-site sales presentations of the Preferred Program. Work directly with customers when handling escalations or special situations.

5) Participate in content review and development of educational materials to be given by Specialists to customers. Help to identify value-added enhancements to attract and retain customers.

Education: Bachelors or relevant work experience
