Salary: $73,000 - $87,000 per year

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cost-effective designs and manufacturing processes, recommending improvements to products, processes, and controls. You'll manage projects, improve processes, resolve issues, and train employees while conducting research, design, and development of manufacturing processes and tools. Additionally, you'll evaluate production flow, methods, and waste reduction, coordinate product launches, and assess outcomes. Your role will involve designing, testing, or procuring tools and equipment, providing engineering solutions for field and manufacturing issues, and monitoring project progress and budget adherence. Building positive relationships with customers and internal teams, offering technical support to other departments, and analyzing processes for cost, quality, and efficiency improvements will be essential. You'll also represent engineering on cross-functional teams and conduct site/customer visits as required.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 3+ years of Manufacturing experience
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD/SolidWorks, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to mentor, lead, and make decisions
  • Experience with composites, GD&T, material specification, manufacturing techniques
  • Previous project management experience
  • Occasional mobility within the office or plant environment
