- Refine pricing communication strategy
- Working with BI/Power BI to understand pricing reports
- Monitor and report on trends/exceptions, and price overrides to management
- Keep proper documentation and approval for audit strategy
- Ensure the territory pricing is property maintained in SAP
- Execute CMC's rebate strategy
- Maintain full and equalized freight rates
- Execute and administer regional pricing moves
- Ability to apply strong analytical and problem solving skills to identify and research resolution to issues and trends with transactions
- SAP experience a plus
- Excellent customer relation skills
- Strong communication Skills (verbal, written, listening) including ability to communicate effectively with all levels or organization
- Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail
- A balanced mix of skills - driver and facilitator, tactical leader and doer
- Team player but can work independently
- Ability to make decisions under time constraints
- Possess a positive attitude and innovative approach in problem solving
- Ability to take initiative and ownership, and be accountable for integrity of the system
