All about the role:

In this role you will be reporting to our Regional Director of Talent Acquisition. You will be based in Anderson, SC. In this role, you will partner with our Talent Acquisition team and onsite HR team to support the end-to-end recruiting process for our manufacturing plant. This role is split between 75% recruiting and 25% supporting the hiring process with the job shifting nearly completely to Recruiting in 2024 Q2 as we work through our HR transformation.

As the Recruiter, you'll partner with Hiring Managers, HRBPs, and cross-functional business leaders to build effective pipelines and talent sourcing strategies, source and screen candidates, along with effectively communicating our employee value proposition.

As the Coordinator, you'll partner with the HR team, Training team, and staffing agencies to ensure that candidates are eligible to start and that the plant is ready for them to start.

What you'll do:

  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and onsite HR Director to support the end-to-end recruiting process for the talent needed for the manufacturing plant.
  • Conduct intake meetings, qualify job requirements, and develop strategic sourcing strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool.
  • Proactively utilize advanced skills and creative sourcing/posting strategies, recruitment branding, and networks to identify, engage, and attract top talent.
  • Source, review, assess, & qualify candidates against key competences, skills, & experience for the job.
  • Develop communication routines to provide effective updates throughout the hiring process, and practice effective documentation and tracking of requisition activity and applicant progression within the applicant tracking system.
  • Partner with on-site HR team to coordinate new hires to include: Conversions of Temporary Employees, Scheduling training for new hires, Coordinating Direct Hire days with Staffing Agencies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 3 years' recruiting experience sourcing, interviewing, and creating recruiting strategies to identify talent for niche roles.
  • Preferred experience supporting manufacturing plants recruiting skilled labor positions.
  • Prior Staffing/Recruiting agency experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of common industry standard recruiting policies and practices.
  • Demonstrated knowledge/experience using job boards, social media, etc. to source candidates.
  • Excellent partnership and service delivery skills with strong customer orientation.
  • Ability to review and analyze information and create action plans accordingly.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and operate within a highly matrixed environment and varying levels of management.
  • Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
