Job Description

Regal Rexnord is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join the team!

Location:

  • Remote from CST or EST time zones in the United States

Key Responsibilities:

  • Seek out new opportunities for growth and develop air moving product integration into customers air moving products

  • Provide internal and customer facing product application/selection, technical solutions and training support

  • Assist product management in quoting to verify correct application of product.

  • Maintain weekly touchpoints with key internal and external (Rep firms) sales personnel on active and potential opportunities.

  • Assist product marketing with collection of VOC, create collateral and training materials

  • Actively participate in industry trade associations and trade shows Actively track funnel opportunities, assist with developing sales and order forecasts.

  • Maintain communication with existing OEM key clients in order to drive RRX internal process and exceed customer service expectations.

  • Communicate with customers to understand the market demand, promote the related products and cooperate with other department to provide the quotations or solutions in order to get orders

  • Provide technical support; maintain customer relationship and contacts in related industry and promoted related Regal products.

  • Follow up the sales order to ensure on time delivery with high quality.

Professional Experience/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or above, majoring in mechanical/electrical or other relevant discipline preferred

  • Experience with Office 365 products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI)

  • CRM experience (Microsoft/Salesforce)

  • Oracle Bi

  • HVAC/Air Moving Background preferred, familiarity with fan/airflow selection tools

  • Working knowledge of general air moving and motor principles (CFM, TSP, Voltage, etc..)

  • Ability to travel (up to 50%) and possess valid passport and valid drivers license

  • Good communication skills. Willing to work under heavy workload and high pressure.

  • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn

Pay transparency- Base : $90,000 to 120,000 + 15% bonus
