As the Director of Microsoft Dynamics ERP Risk and Automation Services, you will lead a team of skilled professionals in providing comprehensive risk assessment, automation, and compliance solutions tailored to our clients' Microsoft Dynamics ERP environments. Leveraging your deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics D365/AX/GP, you will play a pivotal role in advising our clients on mitigating risks, optimizing controls, and enhancing operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for Microsoft Dynamics ERP risk, security and controls management and automation services, overseeing all aspects of client engagements from identification of opportunity to execution, and internal initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of consultants in delivering high-quality risk assessments, segregation of duties analyses, GRC technologies implementation, and SOX controls optimization within Microsoft Dynamics ERP environments.
  • Collaborate with clients' executive leadership, including CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, and CISOs, to understand their business objectives and align risk management strategies with organizational goals.
  • Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and participating in industry events to promote our services.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in Microsoft Dynamics ERP security, automation, and compliance, and provide thought leadership internally and externally.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team, encouraging professional development and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CFE) preferred.
  • Minimum of 13 years of experience in risk management, IT audit, or consulting, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems.
  • Proven track record of leading successful engagements in Microsoft Dynamics D365/AX security, segregation of duties, IT application controls, and SOX compliance.
  • Strong business acumen and client-facing skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to client sites and participate in business development activities.
  • Proven track record in establishing and growing an ERP practice, achieving annual revenue targets.
  • In-depth expertise in security and controls design within Microsoft Dynamics ERP application.
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365/AX ERP.
  • Hands-on experience as a team member or leader in Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementations.
  • Extensive client-facing experience across diverse industries within the Microsoft Dynamics ERP landscape.
  • Proficient in project management and client engagements.
  • Industry experience in Retail, Food & Beverage, Life Sciences, Industrial Products, or Government Contracting Microsoft Dynamics implementations, preferred.
  • Dynamics D365 F&SC certifications, preferred.
  • D365 Power Platform implementation experience, preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation Range: $144,500 - $308,200 |
