Job Summary

Responsible for the coordination of programming to promote child health and family wellness as part of the Bradshaw Institute for Community Child Health & Advocacy.

Preferred candidates will have CPST certification (Child Passenger Safety Technician) and Bi-Lingual (Spanish) skill.
Accountabilities

* Program Coordination:

- ensures program compliance with key regulatory or national oversight groups

- manages program materials inventory

- develops policies and procedures for program implementation

- coordinates short term and special projects

- represents program on committees, task forces, and work groups

- delivers program presentations as requested\u00A0 20%

* Training:

-coordinates training opportunities for internal and external groups

-develops and delivers program training modules

-oversees intern and volunteer activities\u00A0 20%

* Communication:

-serves as a contact for program training

-acts as liaison between program and data system provider

-communicates program policies and procedures to internal and external partners.\u00A0 20%

* Grants Management:

-contributes to program's overall grants management activities.\u00A0 20%

* Data Collection, Analysis & Evaluation:

-designs and refines data collection methods to demonstrate program impact

-collects and analyzes data in preparation for standardized program reports.\u00A0 20%

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities
This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive.
Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's Degree

3 years - Relevant experience

In lieu of the Above Minimum Requirements

Master's degree and 1 year relevant experience

Other Required Experience

Lead or Coordinator experience - Preferred

Data collection experience\u00A0- Preferred\u00A0
