Job Summary
The Performance Improvement Advisor I facilitates clinical, quality, operational, and process improvement initiatives throughout the organization and across the different service lines and care venues (acute, post-acute, ambulatory) utilizing improvement tools and methodologies to improve overall outcomes. The role supports projects through the complete project cycle; manages the design, development, delivery and evaluation of clinical-based improvement work; and provides continuous process improvement coaching, facilitation, education and functions as a champion for Prisma Health's Performance Excellence and Continuous Improvement program. The Performance Improvement Advisor I will facilitate the use of data to identify opportunities to improve clinical outcomes, prevent events with the potential to negatively impact patient care, promote a culture of patient safety and improve hospital processes.Accountabilities

\u200BBachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Human Factors
