What we're seeking:

As Strategy Manager-PMO you will manage project workstreams to launch strategic programs and drive significant impact for Frontier. You will collaborate with colleagues from across the company and ensure that your recommendations incorporate a variety of quantitative and qualitative considerations. You will create compelling fact-based analysis to help Frontier make strategic decisions. You will also develop an ongoing perspective on Frontier's strategic position in the market and provide creative ideas to help continue to accelerate our growth. In this in-person role, you will be required to report to 1919 McKinney Ave, Dallas, TX to complete your work responsibilities.

What you'll do:

  • Contribute to the launch of strategic recommendations by leading specific project workstreams in their initial phases (due diligence, PMI, establishing new functions)
  • Build commercial and financial quantitative models to evaluate the strategic implications of different choices, scenarios, and outcomes
  • Create and communicate project status as well as recommendations (e.g. presentations, analysis) with senior stakeholders across the company
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across other functions to obtain desired outcomes as well as collect relevant input data and jointly validate analytical outcomes/conclusions
  • Contribute perspectives to the broader team on how Frontier can enhance its strategic position in the market vs. competitors

What we offer:

  • Salary Range: $57,000 to $189,000
  • 20 PTO (Paid Time Off) days + 10 paid holidays per year

What background you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree required (Master's Degree preferred)
  • 5-7 years experience in a project-based work environment (consulting, Big 4, PMO, PMI, IMO, similar)
  • Proficiency in utilizing presentation applications including Microsoft PowerPoint. Applicants must be comfortable with giving presentations to leadership/C-Suite
  • Background in Telecom/Tech sector is a plus
  • Project Certifications a plus (PMP, Agile Scrum Master, LSS Green Belt, LSS Black Belt)
