What we're seeking:

As Strategy Manager you will create compelling fact-based analysis to help Frontier make strategic decisions. You will collaborate with colleagues from across the company, especially in finance, and ensure that your evaluations incorporate a variety of quantitative and qualitative considerations. You will model future scenarios of the business by adjusting the Long-Range-View financial model of Frontier and incorporate it into DCF, as well as other valuation models. You will value other companies. You will also develop an ongoing perspective on Frontier's strategic position in the market and provide creative ideas to help continue to accelerate our growth. In this in-person role, you will be required to report to 1919 McKinney Ave, Dallas, TX to complete your work responsibilities.

What you'll do:

• Contribute to the delivery of strategic recommendations by leading specific modules of strategy projects
• Build commercial and financial quantitative models to evaluate the strategic implications of different choices, scenarios, and outcomes
• Collaborate with finance to have a current LRV view of Frontier, considering diverse future scenarios
• Create and communicate recommendations (e.g. presentations, analysis) with senior stakeholders across the company
• Collaborate with stakeholders across other functions to obtain relevant input data, align on modeling methodologies, and jointly validate analytical outcomes/conclusions, especially finance
• Contribute perspectives to the broader team on how Frontier can enhance its strategic position in the market vs. competitors

• Comfort with ambiguous problems, high curiosity & appetite to learn
• Excellent quantitative and modeling skills, esp valuations
• Collaborative approach to problem-solving and gaining alignment
• Able to clearly and concisely tell a story using PowerPoint
• Experience in finance function or investment company a strong advantage (from Frontier finance department a plus)
• Challenger mindset, positive 'can do' attitude

• Salary Range: $57,000 to $189,000
• 20 PTO (Paid Time Off) days + 10 paid holidays per year

What background you should have:

• 5-7 years experience in the finance function or for an investment company / Private Equity / Investment bank
• Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
• CPA a plus
• Keen interest in the Telecom/Tech sector
• Experience in the following is a plus:
  • Strategy projects consulting or in an in-house corporate strategy role
  • Candidates from Frontier finance encouraged to apply
