Position Overview:

As the Client Program Manager, you'll be pivotal in managing large-scale projects that add value and create competitive advantages for our clients' businesses.

Service Delivery & Customer Satisfaction:

  • Drive operational excellence across Maersk product teams.
  • Collaborate with commercial counterparts to set strategic roadmaps and plan account growth.
  • Establish and track metrics for success and demonstrate adaptability in the face of market fluctuations.
  • Foster data-driven relationships with clients, focusing on joint strategic vision and initiatives.

Product & Profitability:

  • Collaborate with operational teams to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Identify value-added solutions for customers and Maersk.
  • Represent accounts during business implementation and execution, ensuring alignment with internal project owners.
  • Drive continuous improvement and optimization initiatives, including automation and cost reduction.

Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Facilitate business reviews with senior executive client teams.
  • Adapt communication style to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Align with commercial counterparts on account initiatives, strategy, and deliverables.
  • Lead and influence various client teams across business units.
  • Participate in high-impact projects aimed at improving our community's work experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of managing a regional portfolio of projects that both add value and create competitive advantage for our clients' business, whilst driving additional revenue streams.
  • Experience in Warehousing and Distribution and/or Inland Domestic Transportation solutions
  • Proven success in creating a framework around Cost Optimization, Operational Excellence, Customer Service, and Innovation.
