- Work closely with superintendents to track cycle count completion progress, review and post all cycle counts
- Responsible for overseeing the month end process. Review all documents submitted and ensure WIP write offs are in line with norms
- Provide daily SAP support to shops on a variety of inventory, logistics, SIOP and sales related issues. Work closely with IT team to help develop solutions
- In coordination with the financial analyst, visit shops to observe inventories and ensure shop is following CMC guidelines. Assist shops in preparation for audits
- Prepare end of month reports for leadership using excel to track and benchmark KPIs against shops. Generate other reports as requested. Assist in identifying trends and patterns and suggest solutions
- Strong knowledge of SAP, specifically Inventory and Logistics related transactions. Ability to investigate and troubleshoot issues
- Good working knowledge of Excel; able to create pivot tables and charts, use VLOOKUP and create formulas, power BI is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Analytical minded, able to spot patterns and trends
- Organized and detail oriented
- Bachelor's degree preferred
