Responsibilities
  • Contributes to a positive work environment and promote the vision, mission and values of BMC.
  • Completes all job responsibilities in a safe manner, promotes and champions a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Assist in the management and optimization of the company website and supporting digital platforms.
  • Support PPC, SEO, and local search strategies under the guidance of the Digital Marketing Strategist.
  • Help maintain relationships with digital marketing agencies and partners.
  • Contribute to the analysis and refinement of digital campaigns based on performance data to optimize spend and effectiveness.
  • Support the management and execution of email marketing campaigns, including setup, distribution, and analysis.
  • Assist in managing content calendars for all digital platforms, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to create reports and dashboards highlighting online marketing initiatives and results.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead in the digital space.
  • Help manage the corporate photo library and ensure resources are available for marketing campaigns.
  • Participate in various marketing projects as needed to support the department's objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a digital marketing role.
  • A keen interest in digital marketing, social media, and web technologies.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords.
  • Strong writing skills with some experience in creating web content.
  • Familiarity with WordPress and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to undertake a wide range of tasks and assist the team as required.

Working Conditions

  • The physical environment requires the employee to work inside throughout the year.
  • Moderate travel and after hour events required.
  • Job requires standing, stooping, squatting, pushing, pulling, twisting, turning, lifting.
  • Seeing, reading, writing and physical presence at the job location are required to complete job responsibilities.
  • Use of computer and other forms of technology to complete job responsibilities.
