Light & Wonder Live, a world-leading supplier of premium live casino experiences, is seeking a talented Project Manager to join our global PMO team. In this exciting role, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing our innovative live casino concepts to life, driving success for our clients and propelling Light & Wonder Live to even greater heights.

The Role

You'll oversee the entire lifecycle of Live Casino projects, from initial concept and design to successful launch and ongoing operations. You'll be a master conductor, orchestrating seamless collaboration between internal teams (Commercial/Sales, Design, Construction, Operations, Compliance, Technical/Integrations) and external stakeholders across various time zones and cultures.

• Lead the development of detailed project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

• Possess a deep understanding of design principles, construction considerations, and technical specifications for live casino environments.

• Collaborate closely with casino customers to understand their specific needs and configure our products and services for optimal player experience, maximizing revenue generation.

• Partner with the product management team to secure product commitments and ensure we meet commercial and contractual obligations.

• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment, holding all stakeholders accountable for their resource commitments.

• Navigate change management processes effectively while maintaining project agility in a dynamic environment.

• Work with compliance and technology stakeholders to meet regulatory requirements for product approvals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on design and construction within the live entertainment or hospitality industry (experience in iGaming a plus).

• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working across international teams and navigating cultural differences.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and MS Office Suite.
