Responsibilities and Expectations:

Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking a Program Manager with a strong background in project engineering to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the OneWay repair specifications for industrial electric motors and generators initially and later supporting similar in Power Management and Renewables. This position will be responsible for the phase development, testing, and deployment of OneWay Engineered structured workflow. This role demands a blend of deep technical expertise, leadership, and project management skills to drive the development and implementation of the OneWay program.

Unmatched Customer Service

  • Actively participate in the IPS UCE tier meeting process
  • Provide engineering and technical support to PMD teams and centers.
  • Ensure that IPS solutions meet customer expectations and applicable industry standards.
  • Assist with implementation of quality improvement actions.
  • Ensure compliance with operating policies and procedures.
  • Utilize Continuous Improvement Process Solution (CIPS) tools and Processes.
  • Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance with regulatory requirements in all engineering and shop activities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the OneWay Steering Committee to develop and implement OneWay phases.
  • Lead implementation of OneWay phases with initial focus on Workplan Configurator.
  • Develop detailed QMS procedures that are ISO compliant
  • Regional rollout, training, implementing, and overseeing usage of the OneWay tools
  • Partner with CIPS and IT resources to develop and execute regional rollout strategy
  • Maintain and continuously improve engineered structured workflows.
  • Structured workflows will dictate how IPS establishes work scope, workflow, technical details and repair workplans
  • Support the integration of IntellaQuest into OneWay project.
  • Migration of Engineered Structured workflow into IntellaQuest
  • Migrate Inspection and Acceptance Criteria into IntellaQuest
  • Ensure IntellaQuest communicates with existing IPS infrastructure
  • Help develop training platform for OneWay tools.

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Engineering degree from accredited college or equivalent with mixed experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering preferred
  • 5 years motor maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting experience
  • Direct experience creating part drawings using AutoCAD or Solid Works
  • Scaled project management experience working with cross functional teams
