Position Summary
Responsible for management of existing and new client accounts for FCFC. Primary liaison to LPL Financial for existing and new client case management; including coordinating paperwork required to properly maintain LPL investment accounts and outside investment accounts. Management includes all aspects of coordination with the advisors on asset management, trading and performance reporting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned.)
* Open new client accounts and process cash received for new accounts.
* Maintain all required paperwork on existing client accounts.
* Oversee trading and transfers and other trading functions within client accounts at the direction of advisors.
* Oversee distributions from client accounts and acquisition of assets from transferring institutions.
* Communicate with clients for required information needed to complete account opening and ongoing management at the direction of advisors.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree, or 3 years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Effective oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to compute basic to moderately complex math calculations.
* Basic problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
* Proficiency in using personal computers and office products (e.g., Word, Excel). Familiarity with report-writing or spreadsheet software preferred.
* Familiarity with LPL's operating platform (ClientWorks) and Redtail CRM preferred.
