Job Summary
Provides patient care through the provision of direct operational and/or clinical patient services. Pharmacists will collaborate within the department to enhance departmental operations and clinical programs. Staff will participate in departmental and/or institutional committees, actively participate in the provision of education, and promotion of the profession. This position will require employees to work weekends, any required evenings, and holidays. Supervisory/Management Responsibilities
This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive.
Hiring Requirements
Bachelor\u2019s Degree \u2013 Graduation from an ACPE-approved college of Pharmacy, PharmD preferred.
Completion of an ASHP-Accredited PGY1 Residency or 5 years of pharmacist experience.
Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses
South Carolina Pharmacist License
In lieu of an active SC Pharmacist license, may be a graduate of an ACPE accredited US college of Pharmacy with a SC intern certificate pending initial licensure or have completed requirements for reciprocity pending board of pharmacy interview for licensure.\u00A0
