As a key Global Business Services leader, this role will be responsible for providing process modeling and analysis assistance throughout the enterprise business framework to redesign associated processes, technology, organizational structure, risk mitigation. This role will also ensure standard structure and optimal utilization of the business process management platform. The Business Process Analyst must have advanced analytical skills, have strong organization skills, and demonstrate seamless utilization of business process modeling and analysis platforms.

What you'll be doing:

  • Designs and controls the structure of the business process modeling and analysis platform resulting in a highly organized instance, in accordance to the enterprise business framework vision
  • Determines the as-is state of process work, identifying business processes in the organization, and obtaining the context in which the process is performed and the value generated
  • Performs process modeling and analysis that displays ties between activities, risks, pain points, attributes and opportunities to improve current processes
  • Conducts cross-functional meetings, as needed, to interview stakeholders or subject matter experts to understand and address their needs, define problems appropriate solution requirements, develop specifications, analyze and document business processes, validate modeling, and develop future state scenarios
  • Supports and trains stakeholder on the standard utilization of the business process modeling and analysis platform
  • Simulates impacts of future state models on the organization including cost, quality and service, risk reduction, productivity, employee experience
  • Drives process analysis across all involved functions and stakeholders
  • Establishes processes and standard work to keep business models and related attributes up-to-date
  • Uses root cause analysis to identify the main drivers of problems identified in the business processes

  • Ability to materialize a set of activities into a functional process model
  • Ability to interact with stakeholders and subject matter experts
  • Ability to dissect and communicate data and technical items effectively to others at all levels of technical ability
  • Proficiency in a business process modeling and analysis platform
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Ability to be self-sufficient by driving initiatives and executing tasks to completion
  • Ability to discover, identify or investigate opportunities for improvement in business processes
  • Advanced analytical skills acquired through formal training in system analysis or appropriate work experience (listening, questioning, challenging, modelling) Process improvement methodologies
  • Lean six sigma green belt certification
  • Process knowledge and subject matter expertise in direct material procurement activities
  • Oracle EBS procurement experience
  • Education Required: Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree preferred in data science or equivalence

Compensation:

The annual base salary range for this role is from $90,300 to $108,360
