Job Summary

The digital and social media marketing strategist will manage the development, delivery, and execution of customized digital marketing efforts for Prisma Health. The Digital Marketing Strategist will be responsible for marketing campaign strategy development including customer segmentation and targeting, campaign analytics and optimization, digital and social media strategy and analytics. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop and project manage integrated consumer marketing campaigns, digital projects and solutions in support of key business objectives for Prisma Health. This is a hands-on role creating engaging content and implementing strategies that help us meet our goals, enhance our brand and celebrate our employees.

Accountabilities

  • Direct activities for paid search, paid social and other digital advertising accounts on a daily basis. Manage campaign performance reports and share results across teams to ensure constant program evolution. - 20%

  • Develop, implement, and track enterprise marketing strategy, programs, and materials such as email, television/multimedia, print/electronic communications, social media, digital campaigns and/or marketing events. - 20%

  • Executes and contributes to overall social media strategy, including creating content, through posting regularly on all of Prisma Health's social media platforms to inform internal and external stakeholders about the Prisma Health brand to increase engagement, maintain reputation and promote the system. Grow followers and engagement for all channels. Collaborate with media relations team to plan and schedule posts across Prisma Health social media assets. - 20%

  • Consistently monitors pages to ensure comments within community are appropriate, and promptly addresses community comments, reviews, questions and/or concerns. - 10%

  • Collaborate with management and leadership by using research insights, assist with the creation of measurable program assets which are aligned to business goals that drive awareness, consideration, selection, retention and advocacy among target audiences. - 10%

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities

This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director, or executive.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Three years of experience leading social media strategy for a corporation.

Knowledge, Skills or Abilities

  • Understanding of social media strategy and connection to content marketing strategies.

    Proficient in social media platforms and management. Search Engine Optimization (SEO), social media, mobile and web analytics tools. Understand social media tools.

  • Excellent writing skills and attention to detail. \u2022 Basic photo editing and social graphic design skills.

  • Manage calendars and daily social media activity and engagement, including monitoring and responding to comments.
