Kearney & Company is looking for a Microsoft Power Apps Super User to join our remote team! The Microsoft Power Apps Super User will:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
  • Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Microsoft Power Apps.
  • Create user-friendly and intuitive interfaces to enhance the end-user experience.
  • Utilize Power Apps formulas, controls, and connectors to build robust applications.
  • Integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft 365 applications and third-party systems as needed.
  • Ensure data consistency and accuracy by establishing effective data connections.
  • Leverage programming tools (such as python, etc) as required by the project.

Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience
  • Proven experience as a Power Apps developer or administrator.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, integration, and customization within Power Apps.
  • Experience working in the Department of Defense or Federal Sector dealing with large data sets
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
  • Active DOD secret or higher clearance is required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors preferred
  • 6 years on Power Platform, 3 or more years on Power Apps
  • Experience working in the Department of Defense or Federal Sector dealing with large data sets
  • Experience working with a team of functional and technical experts collaborating on solutions
  • Intermediate to advanced level experience using Python in a data engineering context
  • Understanding of DOD organizational structure in a consulting engagement

The expected salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $150,000. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).
