The Design Technician III is responsible for assisting experienced designers and project teams in preparing and coordinating project deliverables and assisting less experienced designers as required.

This position requires:

• Hands-on or classes using design/drafting tools, such as CAD / BIM.
• Extensive knowledge of CAD / BIM software.
• Familiar with electrical discipline web site and knows how to find department guides and standards.
• Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
• Effectively operates computer software, including MS Office Suite of products (i.e., databases, spreadsheets, project management software, Outlook, etc.) to prepare reports and correspondence.
• Skilled in, MS SharePoint, AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Acrobat, AcroPlot Pro and EDMS.
