About The Opportunity
Leader for the Estimation team.Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Prepares work to be estimated by gathering project specifications, prints, and related documents.
2. Analyzing prints and project details
3. Managing project lists and vendor requests
4. Inputting labor and material costs into database and/or excel
5. Present estimates to management and other stakeholders
6. Continually review work instructions and manuals
7. Daily vetting and scheduling of projects
8. Develop employees to maximize potential
9. Monitor employee's performance
10. Preform employee reviews and assessments
11. Assist with new employee onboarding and training program
Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
1. Manufacturing environment experience
2. Proficient with Microsoft Office
3. Ability to read and interpret technical documents
4. Strong communication skills with multiple departments
5. Ability to assess employee performance, coach, and develop others
6. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
7. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
8. Strong organization and time management skills.
9. Solving programs creatively
Travel:
* 10% travel to other ORBIS locations
* Possible travel to customer locations as needed
