Sonoco's ServiceNow platform requires administration and development to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives within IT as well as to support GBS.

The Application Specialist IV ServiceNow is a senior technical resource that possesses advanced administration capability and can design, configure, and support ServiceNow applications and integrations.

The Application Specialist IV ServiceNow works across applications, delivers new functionality as well as supporting existing functionality and implements innovative solutions to support technology and business needs.

The Application Specialist IV ServiceNow has a software development background that will also require functioning as a ServiceNow System administrator.

Qualified candidates will have a strong working knowledge of developing, implementing, enhancing, and managing the ServiceNow Platform for a moderate to large organizations.

Perform day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, including but not limited to user management, data management, application customization, workflow development, and system upgrades.

Incident and Problem Management:

Collaborate with users to analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve ServiceNow issues, incidents, and problems. Provide timely and effective support to end users, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Change Management:

Support the change management process by implementing and testing changes, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. Assist in evaluating the impact of proposed changes on the ServiceNow platform.

Service Catalog and Request Management:

Support the design, develop, and maintain the Service Catalog, service offerings, and request fulfillment workflows. Continuously optimize and enhance the user experience to drive user adoption and satisfaction.

Reporting and Analytics:

Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into system performance, usage trends, and key performance indicators. Identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements to maximize the value of the ServiceNow platform.

Documentation and Training:

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and user guides. Conduct training sessions and workshops for end users to ensure effective utilization of the ServiceNow platform.

Security and Compliance:

Implement and enforce security policies and best practices to safeguard the ServiceNow system and its data. Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards

The base salary for this role is $90,300.00-$108,360.00.
