What You'll Do
  • Attend training regarding applicable equipment
  • Perform additional duties as needed
  • Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
  • Operate production machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
  • Participate in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively uphold the CMC Safety Culture
  • Crosstrain on multiple machines
  • Assist in unloading and loading customers
  • Assist shipping and receiving by unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders and distributing to sales associates for processing
  • React with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require a quick response or turnaround
  • Ensure area is maintained to be clean and maintain a safe working environment
What You'll Need
  • Must be able and willing to cross train as required
  • Must practice safe working habits and follow OSHA, EPA, and company safety policies, rules, and regulations
  • Possess a strong work ethic and practice safe working habits
  • Able to work overtime as business requires
  • Must be able to read technical documents and service manuals
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time, stretch, bend and use hands and fingers in repetitive motions
  • Minimum 1 year working with heavy industrial environment experience preferred but not required
  • Work in varying temperatures and weather conditions
  • Ability to operate fabrication machines in a safe manner without supervision
  • Possess knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in the industrial field
  • Excellent communication skills, in both written and verbal form are necessary to be successful in this role
Your Education
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required
