Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work ONSITE with our customers in North Charleston, SC. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • As the Airframe Mechanic, you will be performing a variety of tasks related to the delivery of the company's power plants and associated systems for Boeing aircraft.
  • Removing and installing Line Replacement Units (LRUs) and engine components as well as repair work
  • Engine Removal/Installation
  • Incorporate modifications and inspecting/evaluating engine components
  • Assisting to troubleshoot and resolve engine and aircraft system malfunctions
  • Collecting and reporting engine-related information


Here's what you'll get:

  • Pay Rate: $36/Hr.
  • Hours: 40 Hours/Week 2:30 PM - 11 PM
  • Length: Temporary (5 Months)

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years of aircraft engine mechanics experience
  • Must posses an A&P license

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Associates Degree
  • Jet engine experience
  • Maintenance experience on large Client Engines
  • Experience in the manufacturing or aviation industry

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
  • Be willing to work on any shift (days, afternoons, and nights) or rotate as necessary in any shift pattern
  • Be available for Service Support on a 24-hour basis, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift, hold, and carry up to 50 pounds unaided
  • Be able to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%
