Job Title: Help Desk Technician

Clearance Level: Active DoD - Interim Secret
Required Certification(s):
DoD IAT Level II Certification.
SUMMARY
Agile Defense has an immediate need of hiring a Help Desk Technician to work at Shaw AFB in Sumter, SC.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide Help Desk support to the end user on a variety of issues.
The Help Desk support shall identify, research, and resolve technical problems for end users.
The Help Desk shall shall respond to telephone calls, emails and personnel requests for IT support; document, track and monitor problems to ensure timely resolutions.
Support creating, tracking closing, updating and resolving help desk trouble tickets. Perform domain account administration and management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Certifications
DoD IAT Level II Certification.
Education, Background, and Years of Experience
2+ years of experience required.

Required Skills
Excellent interpersonal, organization, writing, communicating, and briefing skills.
Strong self-starter attitude, team-oriented, and good communication skills are a must.
Strong/Natural understanding of and ability to demonstrate the Agile Defense Core Values: Happy, Helpful, Honest, Humble, Hungry, Hustle.
Must be well-organized and detail-oriented with the ability to coordinate, prioritize multiple tasks, and be adaptable to change to accomplish assignments.
