CoSolutions is currently hiring for an Instructor/Trainer at our New Orleans, LA location. Be an integral part of an enterprise-wide team on a contract that provides full lifecycle support to the Navy's worldwide secure and classified networks.

NOTE: This is a 100% on-site position with no ability for remote/virtual work due to the sensitive nature of the work and collaboration of the program team.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and conduct moderately complex training and educational programs for Information Systems (IS) or user personnel.
• Maintains records of training activities, employee progress and program effectiveness.
• Coordinate with Users, Vendors, and Supervisors and respond to Email Inquiries
• Generate weekly training reports and attend weekly meetings.
• Monitor and Update Training Tracker and update distribution lists.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience: Administrative or Customer Service Background

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Clearance: Secret

Certifications: None

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to walk to various locations as needed.
• Ability to bend and navigate to perform assigned duties.
• Ability to lift light to moderate equipment as needed for job.
