Job Description
  • Serve as a primary point-of-contact within each Sector Partnerships for business leaders and public partners.
  • Attend all required internal meetings and events on behalf of SC Works Greater Upstate, Equus Workforce Solutions, and the Business Solutions Team.
  • Arranges logistics of meeting locations (ideally at business locations) and refreshments.
  • Engages with business leaders and key support partners to develop agenda and plan for partnership meetings.
  • Holds partners accountable to accomplishing tasks within established timeframe
  • Distribute meeting invitations, summaries, and communications in timely fashion
  • Coordinates with other partnership participants to distribute regular updates on partnership activities and progress.
  • Recruits support partners to help advance partnership priorities.
  • Collect and prepare information for compliance and reporting purposes.
  • Collect sector-specific data, conduct sector-specific research, and prepare written summaries.
  • Develop and maintain the written action plan of each Sector Partnership, delegate action items, and track the progress thereof.
  • Manage social media presences and generate outreach content for each sector partnership.
  • Create and maintain documentation for processes pertaining to Sector Partnership activities.
  • Attend networking events to build relationships and increase partnership participation.
  • Establish and Maintain business relationships relevant to sector partnership activities.
Qualifications
  • Two or more years of experience in business-to-business sales, marketing, customer service, workforce development, staffing, or recruiting
  • Strong facilitation skills.
  • Strong written and verbal English language skills and English language comprehension.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Exposure to (and experience within) relevant industries (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, distribution, construction, and/or skilled trades).
