Job Description
The purpose of the Air Warehouse Coordinator is to assist in the daily operations of the HUB Warehouse with direct involvement in efficient and effective handling of all cargo moving through the HUB.

  • Ensure all gateway activities are carried out in compliance with any company guidelines or governmental regulations regarding Maersk's status as a Container Freight Station (CFS) and Certified Cargo Screening Facility (CCSF)
  • Retain all records regarding bonded (CFS) and screened (CCSF) cargo, including maintaining the CFS log (If role should require)
  • Safe operation of any equipment according to company policy and local regulations
  • Effective, efficient, and damage free cargo handling (including proper breakdown and build up of Unit Load Devices).
  • Proper weigh/dim and receipt of Export freight with proper log into WMS.
  • Proper inventory of cargo in warehouse to be conducty in timely manner as communicated by warehouse leader/HUB management
  • Proper check in of import break bulk with movement to proper location.
  • Adhere to TSA, US CBP, DOT, IATA and OSHA regulations as well as any other regulatory agencies.
  • Ensure workplace is always in a clean, safe and presentable manner
  • Complete all trainings as assigned in a timely manner
  • Work closely with HUB office for proper adherence to ULD buildup and breakdown through communication with warehouse leader.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
