The FIX Onboarding team provides trade, order, and workflow support for Refinitiv's transactions platforms across asset class including foreign exchange, equity, and fixed income.

Refinitiv REDI is a multi-asset class execution management system (EMS). It is a broker-neutral, trade execution to the buy and sell-side, which offers cross-asset trading functionality, powerful workflow and compliance tools, and rich analytics via desktop application, cloud, mobile and API.

Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

  • Performs installations, upgrades, migrations and integrations of a variety of products aligned to globally consistent methodologies with minimal guidance
  • Effectively communicates with a wide group of stakeholders and acts as a technical partner to other implementation teams for product migration
  • Builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitates the development and implementation of the solution to appropriate standards with minimum guidance
  • Contributes towards process and service improvements within the team
  • Builds and supports the maintenance of the integrated solution and service level agreements with clients with minimum guidance
  • Provides professional services to customers
  • Supports interventions for moderately complex implementation and integrations by collaborating with customer and other related teams
  • Capable to handle client queries related to professional services post implementation with minimum guidance
  • Occasionally leads the work of small project teams and provides informal guidance to junior staff
  • Typically resolves problems using existing solutions and occasionally leads innovative approach

Desired Skillset:

  • Excellent understanding of FIX protocol (version 4.2/4.4)
  • Must have knowledge of Unix or Linux based O/S Applications
  • Previous experience working on electronic trading environment in a FIX Onboarding or FIX Support capacity
  • Familiarity with networking protocols, VPN, Extranet connectivity, understanding of TCP/IP concepts
  • Exposure to any of the following asset classes: Equities, Futures and Options (Preferably Derivatives)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Quick learner with strong attention to details and ability to think creatively
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking capabilities
  • Highly motivated with strong communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

Desired Skills:

  • Previous experience with any OMS/EMS product would be a plus
  • Previous experience in developing tooling & processes to drive efficiencies
  • Previous experience with Share point, Confluence, Blueworks, Jira or Salesforce for documentation and issue management

Experience:

  • 4+ years of applied experience
