You have experience incommercialrealestate, high quality valuation reporting,market researchand business development. As a Valuations Specialist,you will befocused onproducing thorough reports as well as fostering client relationships and consulting with them to find the best solutions. You'll work closely with senior management to develop and drive a strategic growth plan for the market.You will help mentor analysts and delve deep into market research together. Each day youwill promote and advocate Colliers' brand in the local market, articulating its value through superior customer service and financial results.

What you bring

• 3+ years of related work experience.
• Strongwork ethic and communication skills

• Strategic understanding ofcommercialreal estate appraisal
• Active Certified General Appraiser license

Bonus skills and experience

• MAI, MRICS
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

• Working knowledge of Argus and CoStar.
