You have experience incommercialrealestate, high quality valuation reporting,market researchand business development. Youenjoy growing your network and building your portfolio to expand your expertise inthemarket.You utilize technology to make yourself more efficientand share your ideas to create better processes and procedures. Company culture is important to you and you work to grow your relationships a crossall ofour offices.

As a Valuations Specialist,you will befocused onproducing thorough reports as well as fostering client relationships and consulting with them to find the best solutions. You'll work closely with senior management to develop and drive a strategic growth plan for the market.You will help mentor analysts and delve deep into market research together. Each day youwill promote and advocate Colliers' brand in the local market, articulating its value through superior customer service and financial results.

What you bring

  • 3+ years of related work experience.
  • Strongwork ethic and communication skills
  • Strategic understanding ofcommercialreal estate appraisal
  • Active Certified General Appraiser license

Bonus skills and experience

  • MAI, MRICS
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Working knowledge of Argus and CoStar.

  • You've built strong relationships with senior management, your peers and external partners in the business community
  • Your personal production level is consistentand growing.
  • You successfully meet and/or exceed financial performance expectations as planned
