Position:
Summer Intern ArchitectCEMS is a multi-discipline 50+ person AE firm with offices in Summerville, SC and Wilmington, NC. CEMS is seeking an ambitious associate architect that is eager to grow their career and take on more responsibilities to fill a temporary part-time summer position.
Job Location:
This position is in our Summerville, SC office, which is 20 minutes from downtown Charleston.Primary Responsibilities:
- Learn how to develop construction drawings with Revit for all phases of a project.
- Develop in Revit rendered models for presentations.
- Perform other assigned duties as deemed necessary by supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Third or fourth year student studying architecture from an NAAB accredited university.
- Ability to travel with occasional overnight stay.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on communication, teamwork, and collaboration.
- Ability to perform tasks independently and in a logical and timely manner.
- Strong verbal, written and graphical communication skills.
- Desire to learn, accept direction, be mentored, and build relationships.
- Have a strong work ethic and be able to handle multiple deadlines.
