Amazon Media Group (AMG) Amazon's advertising platform, is recruiting for their Associate Account Executive (AAE) internship program. Interns will learn about the digital advertising industry and how it relates to a dynamic ecommerce environment. Interns will receive training and coaching from some of the most innovative minds in the industry, develop Amazon business acumen and will be responsible for sales deliverables. Interns will help make an immediate impact by working with Account Executives in the Inside Sales Organization at AMG. Responsibilities may include: * Utilize Sales CRM tools to track all pertinent account information and sales progress * Analyze sales/metrics data from a territory to help evolve sales strategy * Cold-call prospective customers * Suggest process improvements and assist internal partners to drive them to completion * Learn to Initiate prospecting and lead generation activities * Educating and networking with key prospect and customer contacts * Differentiate and understand various IT roles and responsibilities. * Identify target accounts using market data and industry intelligence * Actively penetrate whitespace accounts to provide access for our sales teams. * Collaborate with various sales team members to create innovative prospecting approaches. * Achieve activity targets from assigned territory or set of accounts.

* Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree program in business or a related field * Work, internship, or other leadership experience in a professional environment * Computer skills, including Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, Word) * Must be able to work 40 hours a week throughout the course of the 12 week internship in the Seattle, Washington office * Willing to relocate to Seattle or other Amazon location during the summer
* Selling experience, preferably in business to business or technology sales. * Undergraduate with GPA of 3.0 or greater. * Competence developing and delivering presentations to large and diverse audiences. * Skilled in prospecting technique and/or cold-calling * Experience with Salesforce.com
