Amazon Home Services is looking for a Senior Operations Manager to drive standardization and continuous improvement in our fulfillment experience. You will define and build the process and technical roadmaps that drive continuous improvement in fulfillment quality and scalability. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful and customer-focused. He or she will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
Amazon Home Services is a marketplace for customers to purchase services from professionals such as plumbers, electricians and handymen on Amazon.com. For example a customer can get a piece of furniture purchased on Amazon assembled, or they can get their house cleaned, or have a new deck built. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for independent, creative problem-solving, have proven data analysis skills, and show strong ownership/commitment. Customer obsession is a must.
* 5+ years of process improvement experience, preferably in an fast paced, online environment * Passionate about understanding customers and their behavior in order to drive new feature development * Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners to get things done.
