We are looking for Patient Care Assistants to join our teams at MultiCare Good Samaritan Hospital in Puyallup, Washington. By attending this virtual hiring event, you will get to chat with our recruiter via text about our opportunities.

About the Role

Patient Care Assistants function as an integral member of the patient care team and on patient care units will provide basic nursing care to hospitalized patients under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in addition to completing patient transfers. The Patient Care Assistant helps to maintain a safe patient care unit and demonstrates a caring attitude toward patients.

Role Requirements

  • Patient care experience (institutional) of one year or more strongly preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Certification as a Nursing Assistant or current enrollment in an accredited RN program required.
