Lisa Gorski has worked for 25 years as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) in Milwaukee for Wheaton Franciscan Home Health. She received her bachelor’s and master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee College of Nursing. She has authored more than 50 journal articles as well as three books on the topic of home infusion therapy. Lisa is an editor for the Infusion Nursing Society’s 2010 textbook, Infusion Nursing in Clinical Practice: An Evidence-Based Approach. Lisa served as INS President 2007-2008 chaired the 2011 NS Standards of Practice committee. In 2006, she was inducted as a Fellow into the American Academy of Nursing. Lisa was named the 2011 CNS of the Year by the National Association of CNS’s.
