Judy Julius is the owner and primary consultant for EEO Consulting, a firm she started in 1993. EEO Consulting specializes in the areas of equal opportunity and affirmative action. Located in St. Louis, Missouri, EEO Consulting prepares affirmative action plans and provides training and support for clients in 25 states. Judy has been involved in the EEO/affirmative action field since 1981, when she began her career at McDonnell Douglas. She has always been a strong advocate for people with disabilities, and while at McDonnell Douglas worked for over two years to get a talking computer for an employee with diabetes who was losing his sight. Through EEO Consulting, Judy encourages her clients to develop partnerships with local community-based organizations and she routinely volunteers at local job fairs and vendor fairs. Several of her clients have been recognized as an “employer of the year” for their veteran and disability hiring initiatives.
