Christopher T. Patrick is an Associate in the Denver, Colorado, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He represents management exclusively in all areas of employment law, with an emphasis on affirmative action, EEO compliance, and diversity.


In this capacity, Mr. Patrick assists government contractors in the preparation of annual affirmative action plans and in Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) matters, preparing for and defending OFCCP audits, and counseling employers on issues stemming from OFCCP regulations.


Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Mr. Patrick practiced in boutique litigation firms in Los Angeles and Denver, where he was involved in disputes involving employment discrimination, non-compete agreements, protection of intellectual property, and other employment related issues.


While attending law school, Mr. Patrick served on the Editorial Board for the Journal of the National Association of Administrative Law Judiciary.
