Lydall acquired the industrial filtration businesses of Andrew Industries Limited on February 20, 2014 including the Southern Felt™, Andrew Webron™, and China Felt Company™ businesses. This acquisition adds significant scale to the company and now makes Lydall one of the largest nonwoven manufacturers in the world. The new Lydall Industrial Filtration Division created through this acquisition will build upon the strong capabilities of the organization by offering an expanded line of products and a focus on continuous improvement and employee involvement.
