Our Hiring Process

Finding the right talent to join our team at LSC Communications is critical to our success. We reach out through community partners to share our openings, post our open jobs on our career site and engage through social media. Our hiring process includes four steps:
  • First - Expression of Interest: you'll need to submit your resume or skills information on-line. Our recruiters evaluate candidates carefully and invite applicants to interview or notify that they are not a current match and are encouraged to sign up for future job alerts.
  • Second - Candidate Evaluation: if it is determined that you are a match, you may be asked to participate in interviews, either in person or by phone.
  • Third - Offer: selected candidates will receive a written offer and will need to complete a background check and drug screen.
  • Last - Welcome & On-boarding: All along the way, you will receive updates from the recruiter by phone or email to ensure that you know what to do at each stage and all of your new hire tasks are completed prior to your first day and in orientation.
