Summary Advances the Goodwill Mission by delivering operational training on the processes and procedures outlined in the curriculum and assessing the effectiveness of training. Assists in all phases of employee development, including helping to create platforms for career pathways and leadership training.

Education and Experience Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school in Business or related field and two years of retail management experience with an emphasis on training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee uses hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to sit, climb, or balance, or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or lift and/or move over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and depth perception. While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works in adverse weather conditions. Employee may be exposed to dust, odors, extreme cold or heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
