Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire.  Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities for this Position

ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:

As a Project Lead and Release Manager on the Rescue 21 program, you will work closely with a diverse engineering team, the program management office, as well as our call center and field support representatives to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of all projects and tasks. Your main responsibilities will include proposing, planning, executing, and delivering project deliverables.  This entails defining objectives, creating schedules, and collaborating among stakeholders and ensure projects stay within scope, budget, and schedule.  Additionally, you will monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and uphold quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Fully proficient ability to communicate issues, impacts, and corrective actions
  • Fully proficient ability to easily and effectively communicate project topics to a diverse audience
  • Fully proficient ability to clearly report relevant information
  • Ability to understand and apply project leadership principles including SPI/CPI, Earned Value, Cost Account Management (CAM), and Statistical Process Controls for complex programs
  • Fully proficient ability to anticipate technology, process, and skill needs

Target salary range: USD $116,811.40/Yr. - USD $129,587.60/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
