International Intern Division Steering and Communication (Fall 2024)

The Division Steering and Communication Intern will support of Supplier Network Americas Steering, communication function and implementation of outside view ideas to support continuous improvement.

The qualified intern should expect to contribute & improve in the following functions:

  • Strategy Support: independently conceptualize, design, and implement a MN strategy project (i.e. Sustainability)
  • Communication Support: Supplier Events and presentation support various MN-circles & forums
  • Strategy 2025 projects, possibly from the following pillars: Sustainability, Stakeholder Analysis, People, Leadership & Management
     
Qualifications
  • Pursuing degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Good organization and project management skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills in English and preferably German.
  • Analytical, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Successful completion of previous internship/working student assignment within the BMW group (3-month period minimum). 
  • Current enrollment in Master program outside of the US or enrolled in the last semester of a Bachelor program outside of the US.
  • Equivalent of 3.0 GPA.
  • Must provide the following paperwork in English:
      • Cover Letter
      • Curriculum Vitae 
      • Last University Performance Record
      • Relevant references and certificates
    • Fall Rotation Dates: September 23rd, 2024 - March 14th, 2025.
