There is never a better time to join the RBA of the Carolinas team. We believe that to properly grow our business and support our marketing efforts, it is time to add another key ingredient to our already successful secret sauce. Today, I’m pleased to announce, we’re looking for 2 new Jr Sales Associates to join our ranks - whose primary objective will be to work with the sales team to drive leads. This teammate will speak with interesting people who own homes with old windows and doors. During the conversation, they diagnose the window problems, delight the homeowner with kindness and schedule a convenient time for a salesperson to visit and calculate a price. This is a rare opportunity to work independently in an upbeat team environment, learn sales from the best and earn an above-average income. What the candidate will bring: o A strong work ethic coupled with the desire to do the right thing o The drive to hear coaching, keep improving, and consistently achieve goals o A warm communication style and willingness to serve our customers o A positive attitude and boundless energy o Curiosity and willingness to learn and grow o 0-1 year of sales experience is preferred but not required Many of our teammates came without sales experience. You will find many successful people from customer service, restaurant servers, bartenders, phone sales, automotive sales, construction, appointment setters, canvassers, and retail, among other occupations. If you have a referral with the innate qualities we need, we have paid professional training by some of the finest experts in our industry.
