Job Responsibilities

• Business Analysis
  • Conduct user meetings to obtain requirements and consensus
  • Create functional requirements documents
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Interface with internal developers and external vendors
  • Conduct system testing before changes are rolled out to users
  • Train users
  • Provide go-live and post go-live user support
• Interface with the Project Manager/PMO organization
• Assist in data management, governance, and data quality of master data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, IT or Engineering; MBA preferred
• 8-10 years of progressive business analyst experience
• Experience implementing complex systems, such as
  • ERP, e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • WMS and Logistics, e.g., Lanham E-Ship, Manhattan Associates
  • CMMS, e.g., eMaint, TAG, Infor
  • CRM, e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics CRM
  • HRIS, e.g., Workday, Ultipro
  • Business intelligence, e.g., Jet Analytics, Jet Reports, SSAS, Power BI
• Willingness and ability to lead projects
• Ability to assess technology needs and develop solutions to meet them
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork, with both IT and non-IT coworkers
• Strong organizational, analysis, and documentation skills
• Experience working in a SOX compliant environment preferred
• Experience with Salesforce or Oracle beneficial
• Ability to proactively address, resolve, and/or escalate implementation challenges
