• Provide HSE support, oversight and compliance with Corporate, contractor and applicable regulatory requirements associated with industrial and field activities and projects;
• Conduct Job Safety Risk Analysis for field activities and assigned office and industrial environments specifically mitigation and control strategies to ensure zero incidents and injuries;
• Identify, plan, implement and manage safety plans/ programs and ensure contractors' compliance with such plans/programs;
• Conduct and manage safety training;
• Drive and collect both internally and through contractors, safety metrics/KPIs data in prescribed format;
• Conduct safety audits, and ensure development and implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions in a timely manner;
• Assist with ensuring HSE regulatory requirements and government reporting regulations such as OSHA Logs, etc.;
• Build a positive relationship with field Project Managers and their contractors to ensure client/customer satisfaction and safety excellence;
• Partner with industrial, office/facility leads, staff and Managers to ensure Life Safety program elements (Fire, Sprinkler, First Aid/CPR/AED) are compliant;
• Develop and oversee emergency action plans and emergency evacuation plans at sites/offices throughout US;
• Assist offices in ergonomic and other safety and sustainability issues;
• Input HSE and sustainability data in Corporate system

Experience: Requires 2 to 5 years of HSE experience in site security (manufacturing) and/or Safety and Construction .

Education: Safety degree

Travel: Approximately 30% domestic travel.
