Position Description:

The Branch Manager is responsible for overall profitable operation for a regional branch, providing various service offerings to the heavy industrial, chemical manufacturing, refining and power industries. Our most successful General Managers have a history of creating and maintaining a culture of safety, growing top line and bottom line branch based operations throughout their career, a thorough understanding of equipment utilization, people management and having done all of these things successfully in the industries we service.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times
• Direct responsibility for an assigned service center which includes full P&L responsibility.
• Plans and coordinates with sales, staff, purchasing, logistic, finance to ensure projects meet cost and customer expectations
• Manages labor to meet utilization objective and focuses on labor relations, OSHA, worker's compensation regulations/laws and maintains accurate tracking of labor costs an materials, identifies and reduces waste (e.g. material, time, equipment, etc.)
• Formulates, develops, implements and measures market strategies, penetration and business goals and objectives Works with the Regional Finance Manager to achieve billed and unbilled revenue objectives

Education/Knowledge:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelors' degree in Environmental Sciences or related disciplines preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in environmental, industrial, chemical manufacturing, refineries or power industries.
• Cost estimating and computer experience.
• Proficient in Windows based activities.
