Design Resource Library and Product Specialist -Part Time
Roles/Responsibilities:

* Organization of material resource library
* Create/maintain inventory of materials and samples
* Organize and maintain sample return programs
* Coordinate meetings with material representatives
* Schedule and facilitate all aspects of presentations with Facility Planning team for product updates and CEUs when applicable
* Update and maintain resource library contact list
* Create project finish boards
* Organization and maintenance of all facility finish product binders
* Organization of facility project files
* End of project close out document support
* Maintain furniture standards documentation
* CAD drawing


Job Requirements:
* Currently enrolled in an Interior designer program as a Junior, Senior or Graduate student at an accredited college/university in May 2018.
* Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
* Must be able to commit to working at least 20 hours a week
* Basic PC skills required including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Proficient working knowledge of AutoCAD software
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; team and collaboration oriented
* Work under minimal supervision and adapt to a dynamic, changing environment
* Must be a creative and innovative thinker
